Now for the nitty-gritty:

  • Solo Pay - Up to 36 cents/mile
  • Team Pay - Up to 41 cents/mile
  • Legal and timely dispatches
  • TCH money card
  • Newer tractors (Swapped every three years)
  • High-End tractors (Volvo 780s and Peterbilt 387s)
  • Walk-in sleepers
  • 75 MPH allowed
  • Road time 14-21 days
  • Days off - 1 day for each week out
  • Flying J fueling
  • Assigned truck
  • Full load carrier
  • No doubles

Pay:

  • Solo - .30 -.32 cents/mile
    • Less than 2 years experience – N/A (Must have at least two years experience)
  • Pay increases at 1 year, 2 years, 4 years and 7 years.
  • Extra Stop pay:
    • 1st and 2nd are free
    • 3rd and 4th at $15 each
    • 5th and more at $30 each
