We're
looking for those elite Owner Operators, Lease
Operators, and Company Drivers who prefer to
be known by their first name, rather than a
number. Drivers who want to work hard while
on the road and then enjoy no hassle time off.
Drivers who want to find a long term home with
a company that will treat them as they deserve
to be treated with lots of legal miles, great
pay, 24/7 support, and driving a high quality,
newer, fully outfitted rig.

We are looking for elite Drivers who do not jump
job to job, have a clean MVR (or close to
it), over two years OTR experience, Class
A CDL with Hazmat, and no DWI/DUI history.
Close to these minimums, but not quite? We'll
always consider individual situations.
We
offer three different employment programs: Company,
Owner Operator, and Lease Operator. Regardless
of which program you choose, you can expect the
following:
- Loads
that utilize a full day(s) of driving (Miles
per trip are around 650, 1,200, 1,800, & 2,200)
- Legal
dispatches

delivery of the current load

OUR
HISTORY
Salt
Lake City based ACT Transportation was
founded in 1995. At that
time, we believed that by bringing together
a team of highly qualified and committed
people, applying the best practices of the
truck transportation industry, and always
working to exceed our customers’ expectations,
we could be more successful than our competitors.
History has proven us correct.
Since
our beginnings, our initial fleet of five
trucks has grown into a fleet of over
80 satellite equipped, late model trucks
and 105 air ride 53 foot trailers with
high end refrigeration units.
From
the beginning, we have recruited and hired
the finest drivers on the road. As
a result, our fleet is comprised of very
experienced, safe, professional drivers
who love what they do. We started out
with company
drivers exclusively, but have expanded
our driving pool to include owner operators,
lease operators and company drivers.
